A cooling hisbiscus tea recipe for the heatwave!

Hi All. I love hibiscus. I find it really soothing to the throat in the winter time and due to its high vitamin C content it also is a boost for the immune system. For the warmer weather, make the tea as usual using the dried hibiscus flowers (I source from Neals Yard) and leave to cool. Crush fresh mint leaves to add in along with a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Delicious
