Sorry to hear about your leg. All might not be lost, it sounds as if you are having an allergic reaction. Have you been rotating the injection site? Speak/phone rheumy team they will be able to advise you best.
I'm so sorry that you've had such a bad reaction to Embrel, perhaps you can try a different type of anti-tnf once your reaction settles down.
My first delivery of embrel arrives the day after tomorrow, so first injection next week sometime. I am pinning everything on it providing some good relief from the constant pain in my feet and hands, but it's good to be reminded that it may not go to plan for me either.

The same thing happened to me too. My body was one great big roaring red rash. I had to wait a month and then I was put on Tocilizamub. I am to have my fourth infusion tomorrow. I have mixed results from it but the rheumy is insistent on keeping me on it. Good luck and don't give up home.
