Hi just to let you all know i am still in the middle of a flare but it's been 4 weeks today that i have given up smoking Hope you are having a pain free day, if not hope you feel better soon XXXX

Well done on the giving up smoking.I am starting my patches tomorrow to give up again.I gave up for 3 and a half years,but annoyingly started again 2 years ago.I too am flaring badly at the moment so I sympathize.x

I to gave up for 6 months about 7 years ago, but don't think it was the right time as i was dealing with a lot of grief in my life, It was just down to having that 1 cigarette, i regretted it like you, That is one of the things that i think of when i feel i want one, and of course the money i am saving,

Well i treated myself yesterday to some nice swim wear and a couple of tops for my holidays this year, How great that felt:))) I had to shop on line which i never normal do due to this rotten flare and weather, but it paid of as i got some great bargains XX

Yes John, i just need to remind myself that it will help me in the long run, My Ra might get better but it will always be there, I saw them in a shop the other day, they sound really good, so you would recommend them then? Xx

My son has just given up and he cannot belive how much money he has now.

My daughter is trying to give up but she is struggling just now, she has just bought the electic cigs and they look so real.

Oh Shirl i really take my hat off to you and feel so humbled and useless that i still havnt set a date to pack in boohoo!!

I do intend to set a date eventually but im flaring in both shoulders, now both wrists as well as foot and right leg joint!

Hubby goes away to ghana week monday and im determined when he comes home 4 weeks later i will have given up the dreaded weed!!

Just need to ge my pain sorted first.
