Knee supports
Argos do some York ones priced around £16.99 each I've found these to be the best.
Hi Marnie, I have never used knee splints, must admit I don't think they do much good either. When your walking you still have the pressure on your knees and the splints don't help.
But, if they help you then that's great.
Hope your starting to feel better.
Take care
mand xx
I think your right mand I've had weak knees from an accident when I was younger so I use the knee supports when my knees feel more weak and I have the problem with them giving way. The only way they help out on the ra side is if I have fluid on my knee strapping It eases the throbbing pain, however I wouldn't use knee supports on a permanent basis as you will come to relie on them and lose the strength you do have .
Take care x.
hi Marnie, sorry I'm just dropping by! are you still in hospital? and isn't tomorrow the big ENBREL day? and lastly but most important, how are you feeling?
xx
hope you are feeling better x
