How on earth can i rub in Ibugel between shoulder blades?

Silly question prob but I can not reach the area of nasty pain cos both arms cant reach it. Brush or cloth on stick wont do cos it'll absorb gel. Any clever ideas welcome! J x

I despair of this website sometimes. I have just answered this question and it appears nowhere - gone into the ether I would imagine. Anyway, my husband uses something called a BackBliss Lotion and Cream Applicator., It comes with spare pads as well and he uses it to put cream on his back as he has a skin condition. I was going to suggest one of those lotion applicators too! I checked on amazon and found one that was really quite cheap.

I've used the shoe horn end on my backscratcher before now - a bit awkward but it did he job.

Good thinking thanks. The Previously suggested lotion applicator is great - arrived in post today. 2 lots of gel later - ARRrrrr! Relief!
