Do you have to be a paid up member to be on the nras blog?

I can answer this one (assuming you mean the NRAS blog on this HealthUnlocked site)! The NRAS blog is for people who work for NRAS. It's another channel for them to tell you all the interesting things they do and new developments, etc.
Really, you should always see the NRAS badge after the members name on the blog but occasionally we get behind on our housekeeping and may need to make some admin adjustments. I'll check that this is in order tomorrow when back at work.

If you are an NRAS member, ie you pay your annual NRAS subscription, you have access to a number of different resources such as the NRAS magazine and the members forum (not HU), to name a couple. Here's the link for more information if you are interested:
