Hi

I've been looking at these for my next car, here's a link for Motabilities recommended accessible cars.

motabilityonline.co.uk/cars...

Hope it helps.

I searched loads and tried and tested loads before we bought ours.

We finally went for the reanalt Kanogoo and its the best thing we ever bought we love it and its made life so much easier. We got ours via constables mobility.

But ours is for me being a passenger you need to look at a different type if you plan on the wheelchair user being the driver. Good luck with your search if you need any help pm me xxx

Hi sandra99b

The Disabled Living Foundation is an impartial national charity that can offer information and advice on a range of daily living aids and equipment so they may be able to make some recommendations or suggesttions of what to consider when choosing a WAV. They produce some quite useful factsheets, including one called 'out and about with your wheelchair' which has a small section on travelling with your wheelchair that might be worth a read, or you could give their helpline a call on: 0845 130 9177

dlf.org.uk/factsheets/Out_a...

I hope you manage to find something suitable.

Kind regards

Sarah Kate
