Has anybody else been on Toxilzumab for a few months and found it has stopped working?
Hi, have not been on Tocilizumab but they do want me to go onto it as Rituximab is not working so well.
However, in the past I have been on several; treatments that have worked for a short while then suddenly stop working this can happen as not all treatments suit everyone. This may be the case with you, I'm sure your Rheumy will know the next step to take.

I am the same as Mand, Ive been on a few treatments that worked at first but then stopped, however not Tocilizumab.
Like Mand says get this checked out with you rheumy, or phone your rheumy nurse and ask over the phone.
Same for me, not been on Tocilizumab, but was on two anti tnf's (embrel & rituximab) that both stopped working, before I was put on this one (humira). Think it's fairly normal as Rheumy was not fazed.
RA is a disease that mutates and the efficacy of the drugs can where off. This can happen with any of the treatments. I haven't been on toculizumab but I suspect the same applies!
Has anyone else been told that they're \"not sick enough\"?
Has anyone else been denied biologic therapy for the same reason?
Only been on a few times.
Anybody else's experience?
