any excuse, when I went on my choc binge the other night I forgot the smarties DOH !!

Hi Tricia

I now have two days off from the chickies, and taking it easy. The diet has, I.m sure made a difference to my physical and mental wellbeing. Ooer get her... I have to date actually lost 9 and a quarter pounds!!! That's got to be good for the joints. It is relatively easy to do, with lots of salads and vegetables to eat, with oily fish and cous cous, bulgar wheatbased diets. Simples! Just throw it all in a pot with stock, and herbs for flavour, and dish up with brown rice, cous cous,or bulgar wheat.

Thanks for the hug have one back and go careful. Sounds like your hand is healing ok, if you have had the steroids?

Hi Julie, I'm keeping the smarties to make cookies etc, Yes even more fattening!!

Might even sell the cookies to raise some more money!
