There's the rub! Sign up then move in pronto! That's sign up date with a week rent that I owe. I saw said bungalow on Friday 2nd, and they told me tenancy starts Monday 5th on signing date. I owe 2 weeks rent & council tax already. But it's beautiful, and bungalows are like hen's teeth!
