Good Rheumy appointment

Saw my rheumy yesterday, a lovely man who spends time explaining your latest tests etc. Even had a laugh when I said about the pain in my neck, turning to my husband he said "is this him?" But good news is he thinks my RA is in remission and he knows I am still on 3 mg pred and obviously wants me off but didn't insist and will see me in a year, but gave me three phone numbers to ring if I have any concerns meanwhile. There are some good ones out there.

I have a good one as well but even better is the Rheumatoid Specialist Nursing Team who will give advice over the phone, by email or a face to face appointment. They are able to change meds or dosage and have access to the consultant if necessary.
