Well, got contacted on Saturday by Personal Homecare Pharmacy, my new delivery company for Yuflyma injections. Thought it was spam call at first as number was from Tamworth when this company are in Leicester. Rejected call then after a voicemail called them back. Got automated American voice telling me I was first in queue. After several minutes got answered. As thought problems getting satisfactory delivery. Told they only deliver 8am to 6pm. No evening or weekend deliveries and can't give a delivery time. I told them I work in the mornings so the asked about delivery to neighbours or family member. No can do. My neighbours are 6 Romanian adults who are constantly at war with each other and their 3 screaming kids. Only family member is my mother in law who has mental issues. Sister in law works. So as I live in Leicester where their Pharmacy is I have to pick them up from there. So today, in increasing heat, my husband has had to go over there in his lunch break and get them. He has just told me they are in the fridge at work. We took a cool bag to bring them home. Hopefully that will be cool enough. Come back Sciensus all is forgiven!

I have just been transferred over to P C Pharmacy. I have never had any problems with Sciensus , kept informed of deliveries including you are next delivery. Like a lot of people I have no in home support and wouldn’t be able to collect from a delivery hub, all my neighbours are at work during the day so even if that was possible, it’s a no go.
