I have been down the allotment this week and took some photos of the dahlias down there.

I am very sore with my lower back and good old RA is rearing its ugly head in my hands.xxx

Another one here , who suffers with RA popping up with the hot weather . Getting a little tired of people suggesting how much better my RA must be in this lovely weather . I can tell by the look on their face , when I try to explain , that they don't really get it .

It helps my sister's fibromyalgia but she's the same as me her osteoarthritis flares in the humidity. I have RA too so my osteo and RA flare.

Moi aussi et maintenant je pense avoir trouvé pourquoi. Quand il fait chaud les veines se dilatent et le sang exerce aussi une pression sur nos os, l'inflammation augmente et on a encore plus mal.

Thank you for the photos of your dhalias Sylvi. They are wonderful - just like you! I am struggling with back pain this week also - that combined with my eldest daughter turning 17 today is making me feel very old indeed! First driving lesson today - eeek! 😧 xx
