After covid flare up

after i got covid….just stuffy nose nothing more for 5,6 days…my arthritys flare up!! By back is coming back hurt a lot, even if i am in bio hyrimoz. Anybody have experience that? Suggestions?

Was your Covid recent, Jack72? and is it the first time you had it? Have you had vaccinations against Covid?

No i had covid 3,4 times…also the first without vaccine…and always not much symptoms. But my artrytis after covid ita flare up a lot

I must lead a very sheltered life away from people because I've only had it the one time, maybe 3 months ago, and like you I suffered only pretty standard cold symptoms, a runny nose and blocked sinuses being the worst, plus minor headache.

That happens me after any viral infection, it should pass soon. Google "Golden Turmeric milk" its a tea I make that helps with flares
