I am new to this medication but my Rheumy here in Canada said it takes 3 months to fully get in your system, it is also good for people who often have infections and have to stop biological meds as It only stays in your system for 2 days at a time which is why you need to take the medication everyday at the same time. I haven't had any side effects so far since I started on this medication almost 2 months ago. Hope everyone is keeping well, take care
