Gloucestershire/Oxon Rheumatologist?

Hello All. Could anyone point me in the direction of an empathic rheumatologist in Gloucestershire or Oxfordshire (I’m on the border) please? I know waiting lists are long, so could see someone privately initially. I moved here from Warks area 3 months ago and still under their Rheumy department. Hopefully those of you who have been adversely affected by the recent Siberian weather conditions can relax now as we move into a much milder spell.

I see Professor Arden at the Manor Hospital in Oxford, I’m very happy with him. And he has a lovely manner.

It’s very kind of you to reply, helpful too as I’ve heard one or two say the same about him and apparently my Glos (Stow) surgery sends a few of their patients to him so are happy to do a referral letter. I’ll try to book an appointment. Thank you Hippo!

he rescued me from despair in 2000s but I left for Scotland in 2010. He was very thoughtful and transformed my care

Sometimes miracles are possible. I expect the Mr. David you’re enquiring about is Joel David…. See Hippo’s post to me. I do hope you’re care is still as good where you are now and you’re leading your best life now.
