I’m afraid I can’t help with your current issues re flare up of psoriasis etc as it’s not something I have. I would suggest that maybe a call to your rheumy team would be a good idea as perhaps leflunomide isn’t for you but I’m not medically trained so don’t know if it’s making matters worse or not. I definitely feel you need some expert help though as it’s not a situation you should have to deal with. I hope you get the advice you need but sending you a virtual hug that you feel better soon. Make the call asap and let them know.

Thankyou for your repl, I rang rheumatoid nurse on Friday and she will talk to consultant and get back to me on Monday.

Update. I spoke to rheumy nurse and she said she had spoken with consultant and it was suggested that I stop Leflunimide and re-start MTX.So lets see how I get on with MTX this time,I will let you all know in a few weeks,I hope nausea not too bad.🤞

I have not heard of this. I was told that hydrochloroquine can bring about psoriasis though. Hope you get to the bottom of this.

Hi junik53,

Might be worth giving VersusArthritis a ring to see what information they can offer.

Alternatively, you can check out the following weblinks for more information:

- psoriasis-association.org.uk/

- psoriaticarthritisuk.co.uk/

I hope you find this information useful and apologise that we cannot be of more assistance but it's not our area of expertise I'm afraid 🤔.

Your GP may be able to offer some assistance with managing the pain you're experiencing and you may find these articles useful:

- nras.org.uk/resource/managi...

- nras.org.uk/resource/managi...

Should you require any additional information or support please contact our helpline on 0800 298 7650 (Mon-Fri, 9.30am-4.30pm) or email us at helpline@nras.org.uk

Best wishes,

Hannah
