NRAS have organised a Tripudio Wellbeing Course starting the 7th of September, which has been designed specifically for people living with RA or JIA. The course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Tripudio is a gentle form of exercise and is performed to different genres of music. Including gentle moves to help the feet improve balance and mobility. It does not exclude anyone as the exercises can be done seated.
