Feeling unwell & Idacio injections

Good Morning all,

I felt myself coming down with a cold last night (Wednesday) after a few days of family visiting, doing more than usual & badly effected by the heat. Recently started on Idacio ( Adalimumab) pen injection, every fortnight. I’ve had a look through the booklets, but can’t see anything about still doing the injections if feeling unwell. Am due to do it tomorrow & still getting used to it.

Still on Methojet pens, done 2 days after Idacio, could I just move the days, if I feel a bit better?

That’s a question for your doctors/nurses but personally I’ve never stopped my biologic or mtx for a cold only for infections/ antibiotics but you may be advised differently depending on your health.

Unless I really feel that I need my immunity to be above normal I carry on with my medication. My immune system works overtime to give me flares so I don't want that unless absolutely essential for a severe infection like pneumonia.
