Tapering down predislone

Tappering from 3oml to l5 and all ready finding the fatigue over wellming, dont know how I will feel getting back down to my normal 5ml,thanks for reading.

From 30 to 15 is a huge jump. Were you told to drop so quickly?

yes but owing to a chest problem, not particulary r a ,but I suppose that causes it, thanks for interest Lol.

It does seem like a quick taper & not surprised you're having problems. What was your taper plan exactly? Either way, I think I'd ask if it was feasible to do a slower one down from 15mg to 5mg.

That seems a very large drop. It might be best to contact rheumatology or your GP.

Go slowly! But some of your tiredness may be due to you not having completely recovered from your chest problems rather than the steroid reduction. Steroids give us a false sense of recovery and energy...I know!
