Hi Gembob888,Hopefully someone on here may be able to share their experience of taking this combination but worth a quick search at the top for this medication (also search Upadacitinib as Rinboq is the brand name) and you may find others have posted similar questions. I am on Rinvoq for 1 year. It has changed my life with no pain. I do not take methotrexate. When I first was diagnosed with RA, they prescribed methotrexate but my whole mouth broke out. I do take Rheumate (high folate & curcuminold turmerone) it has worked wonders for me. I have been on 5 different infusions & zeljanz which between side effects and not working has been a struggle for the last 8 years. I hope you get relief.
