Neutropenia post Rituximab and Covid Jabs

After routine blood test last week I have Zero Neutrophils count!

I was sent to hospital for further tests and then given a week of antibiotics.

Could this be due to Covid jabs ? My Rituximab Infusion was in June. I have been told to stop Methotrexate and isolate.

Anyone had a similar experience?

How soon after your Rtx infusion did you have your Covid vaccination?

I’ve been told 12 weeks by my rheumatologist x

Speak to your rheumatology team or GP but I would think it’s more likely to be a side effect of the Rituximab rather than the covid vaccine.
