There were some posts here and on another site within Health Unlocked about this spray/cream/roll-on for pain relief. So I bought some.

Can people in this community report what they got out of it in terms of:

Immediate relief?

Wears off after how long?

Starts to work after using daily for a month?

Or what?

I’m hoping for some replies which I will consolidate and report back on including my own.

From the ingredients…It sounds like a cocktail of all the previous aching muscle creams/lotions…..I think they are all very subjective.Years ago I tried a cream containing Calendula from Healthcraft….sadly it didn’t seem to have any effect.

But you won’t get mice with .Dynamint ….they hate peppermint oil apparently!

Hi Happyrosie. I’ve tried lots of lotions and potions but nothing works for me better than heat. Perhaps the Red Tiger Balm helped a bit on my back but you have to wash your hands quickly so you don’t get it near your face. It can also stain (although there is a milder white version) and it also has a very pungent smell. I still prefer heat. Nic xx

I've not had any success with lotions or potions, but I am using ravlo lidocaine medicated plasters, prescribed by my GP, just now. I use one at overnight on my lumbar spine with good effect. Not all GPs will prescribe them.

I have a massage every week or 2. She uses the red tiger balm which helps. I also have a cannabis cream which reduces my pain, to a more tolerable level, works better than the voltarol cream I was using. I had a stroke so can’t take nsaids

Hi, i have tried Dynamint and found it really effective for immediate relief for an hour or two, so helpful when trying to get to sleep. Doesn't smell too bad and doesn't burn.

My doctor said the brain can only feel one pain sensation at a time so when you use a cream that makes the skin tingle that replaces the pain sensation for a while thus giving you relief.

This one doesn’t tingle. On me!

The stronger volterol cream works for RA in my neck and I prefer creams rather than taking codeine
