Has anyone with Ra and Colitis on Methotrexate 22.5mg recieved a letter or txt including them in the antivirals pcr thing?

Not totally what you're asking but I’m on 17.5mg MTX & steroids & been sent the priority testing kit. No prior word either by text or letter, just received the kit & if I have symptoms I'm to do the test & return it. Both myself & my local health care provider should get the results by email & text within 2 days of returning the kit. If it's positive the NHS will contact me to arrange a telephone appointment with a medical professional to discuss what treatments are suitable for me.

Have you been informed you should have been receiving the kit?

I got it (both the kit and an email explaining) I am on Methotrexate, Etanercept/Benepali and steroids. I don’t think it will be sent to people on Methotrexate as a single therapy.

Hi yes I got my letter and then receivedPCR test through post and I am on methotrexate so think you would qualify. Get in touch with your GPif you don’t hear anything soon. X

I inject Methotrexate and Benepali and take steroids as I have adrenal insufficiency and I’ve received nothing, nada, zilch! As per usual really! I’ve had to prompt my GP, rheumatologist and the CCG ever since we went into the first lockdown and I expect I need to do so yet again! Pretty fed up with having to do someone else’s job (you can bet your life if I applied for their job I would be told that I wasn’t qualified!!!)
