Pain in Legs

Extreme pains in both legs top to bottom worse in bed at night sometimes pins and needles left foot soles of feet are hot pain relief co- codamol 8 mg help dont like taking 30 mg as gives me tummy problems ibruprofen do very little . Oestioarthritus in right hip have steroid injection but will need replacing in near future just finished 7 days of prednisoline 5mg taken for bronchiectasis excarbation leg pain was better dissapearing but returned within 24 hours of the drug being stopped the pain is excruciating Anybody any ideas as to what this could be

Could be one of several things, so you need to raise it with your doctors to get it checked out. Could be the activity of your inflammatory disease, could be mechanical arthritic damage to your spine, could be circulation!

Does movement help? Bringing your knees to your chest and squeezing for 30 seconds? That helps me...

Yes being on my legs is much better ,have been to doctor several times about it finally she is sending me for xray s and requested mri scan on my legs IDid mention about circulation but she didn’t think it was she has done blood tests Which show an elevated red blood cell but mine is always raised apparently
