Sorry sorry I'm in a silly mood today.
Hopefully weather will be changing soon, dont faint with surprise but I actually vacuumed today and sweated like a P I G. I'll leave you with that nice thought !

My hair stuck to my neck today would definitely be a winner for the UGH factor!
Reminds me of when I first started getting the post meno flushes and I got a brochure from Sweaty Betty sports/casual wear in the post. I cried and went online to remove myself from their list. What an very insensitive insult!! 😝 It’s my neck and décolletage which are the offending areas and my upper lip. Yukkety yuk.

It has been very difficult this last couple of days, especially yesterday. Hopefully it will be cooler and fresher this morning. It certainly takes it's toll on us.
It was wet and cool in Edinburgh yesterday...just brilliant for the joints, much hotter today and the misery of swollen joints returns 😥. I can't wait for the winter.
I had swellings on my both legs and feet. Is it because of RA? I thought heat is, good for RA..

Heat is good for some not for others . Heat with humidity causes my RA to really play up. Cold crisp days are my dream.

Omg my class is like the sahara even with windows fully open. Its mad. I am okay but hands look like sausages and I'm a veggie 😆 🤣 😂

Oh RA wise good but now have a sinus infection and had to stop baricitnib for 2 weeks 🙄 just when things were going well.. oh well you’ve just got to keep going don’t you . One day you and me will have a good few days in a row 🤞xx

Oh totally agree. I'm counting down to half term but waiting for Boris's announcement this week not that it will be anything useful. Too many kids ill yet we're in the firing line.
