Should I be worried that I can't remember?

Hi, I've had RA for a number of years and take medication for it, along with tablets for high blood pressure and an anti-depressant. Because of the pain (and my husband snoring!) I frequently don't get enough sleep. I fell into a deep sleep on the sofa yesterday. My husband tried to wake me up and was worried I might have had a stroke, so he asked me where I was, which I answered and to raise my arms, which I did. The only problem is that I don't remember him speaking to me or me doing anything. I feel much better today, although ever so slightly 'spaced out.' Should I be worried?

I don't know but if you're worried perhaps a trip to GP? Do you get migraine ? I don't forget where I am but occasionally a nightmares and a night terror when I think I'm drowning. I can't remember the reason why I'm drowning just the sensation. I wish you well and might be a good idea to get checked out.

Hi ddwyer. It could be because you were in a very deep sleep and a bit disoriented when you woke or maybe side effects from your meds, but whatever the reason, I really think you should speak to your GP just to be on the safe side. Good luck. xx

I have been known to have my blood pressure done and hold a conversation in the middle of the night with no memory of it in the morning. If that makes me weird it's not exactly new info
