I read some of the creaky joints Facebook posts about the vaccine and some of the comments written underneath there are absolutely bonkers.

My sister has covid, she got symptoms Christmas day and she's really poorly, quite worried about her. Shes a police officer and 5 other in her team are all out with it. Feel sad as she had no choice but to work, she's been spat at by people saying covid is fake etc etc.

Sorry to rant πŸ™„

I’m so sorry to hear that your sister is suffering and hope she makes a speedy and full recovery. There are so many brave key workers who are having to risk their own safety at the moment and worse are suffering at the hands of the ignorant for doing so. What is wrong with these people?! πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I’ve just been discussing this with my hubby today before I saw your post, saying this is outrageous that so many police have been assaulted, scratched, bitten and spat at. Horrendous. I hope your sister is alright and soon starts her recovery, and hugs to you. x
