Lately I have been really stressed out and run down, and the last couple of nights my temp has been spiking around 38.7 degrees and start feeling cold and shivery, by the next day it has gone down to normal range, this started Sunday evening, yesterday I was mostly OK just tired and achy, but temp normal, then yesterday evening it happened again temp started rising and cold and shivery, this morning temp back to normal, but I do feel like I have been kicked in the back, is this a flare up or possibly something else? Thanks

contact your medical team and ask - it could be a flare or an infection so best to check it out.

You need to ring and ask for advice. A few months ago I had this also just having temperatures in the evening but mine never went above 38. With having pain in the back it could possibly be the start of a kidney infection.
