Up date on my new meds

Well you couldn’t write it...

Rang the company first thing they complained that they had tried to contact me but I didn’t answer🤨I said well I work and can’t use my phone during work hours but I do have a voicemail for messages. Their reply it’s personal information we don’t leave messages🤬.I said well I give you permission put that on my records.. rather stumped him ... anyway they can’t arrange my delivery as I need to talk medical staff member and they are short staffed and they can’t give my a date or time. Told them I expected someone to contact me today ....unfortunately fortunately they can’t give me a date or time...

Written complaint and email to the ceo I think.!! That's awful treatment. Call back when you are free and insist on talking to a manager. If you still get nowhere complain to rheumatology( I suspect they have the contract with the nhs) and if still no joy mps can actually be helpful.
