Sorry to hear you are not feeling great and hope you will begin to feel better soon. I guess it must be a bit like RD in the respect of each person is unique and with Covid being so new each person's response to it is unique and we are still learning and have so much to learn about it. Sorry it's not much help to your question but wanted to offer some support to you. take care xx

I think everyone is different. A good few of my friends & family have had it (London). My son who is really fit & healthy had the symptoms for two weeks. Sore throat dreadful sweating especially at night struggled with his breathing & a hacking cough. His work team about 20 of them , all went down with it. Only one of them ended up in hospital. Strangely it was the youngest one, he’s ok now. My daughter in law just lost her sense of smell & taste. She wasn’t ill at all. My nephew & wife said it was like having a cold & they were fine after a few days. A good friend of ours had it back in March & is still really unwell stomach problems tinnitus headaches & extreme fatigue. Lost loads of weight it seems to have affected his mental state as well. Really sad to see. I think we all had it as well, 3 in our house, we all had different symptoms & very mild. Unconfirmed so could of been a cold 🤷‍♀️ So the answer to your question is only you will know when your well enough to work. Long winded but hope it helps.

My family is just recovering and on our last days of quarantine. Our son started with sinus like issues, which progressed into fever and body aches for a few days. He is mostly recovered and went back to work today fever free, but still coughing up phlegm especially in the morning.

I had a strange evolution of symptoms. Mine began with waves of dizziness and very dull headache for 3 days. Then my fever started along with a more severe bothersome headache and some aches around my rib cage. My fever was always under 101*F. It lasted about 5 days. Then came severe- almost debilitating pain in and surrounding my left eye. For 2 days, anytime I did any activity, the pain in my eye would start. The only relief was to lie down for 20-30 minutes. On day 7 or 8 I lost my sense of smell and my sense of taste is muted some. Today is day 9 for me since starting a fever and I mainly have drainage and stuffiness.

My husband has had it the worst, although he is improving. He was in the hospital for 2 days because his O2 levels went a little low. He was treated with antibiotics, vitamin c and plasma and came home feeling pretty chipper. That didn't last long before his fever climbed over 102*F and he was feeling miserable again. He is on day 12 and still fighting a lower grade fever and congestion, plus extreme tiredness. I think we are almost in the clear, but covid is obviously different for everyone.

Cheers to a quick recovery for you. It is different for everyone.
