I like this. I would say I am a 4. Pain and fatigue has been pretty bad this week so far but feeling I am coping emotionally and being a little kinder to myself. x

I'm at 2 and wish I was cuddling a fluffy kitten. Back in 2002 I was at No. 9 and it was hell on earth and I don't know how I got through it, Thank goodness I did though as I would have missed out on so much that has happened since then. Despite the awful pain I am in, I am glad to be alive.

Yes I understand. My brother and sister both had problems and were 9/10 and it's so hard. I'm so glad ( like they are ) that you are feeling more like yourself xx
