How long do you keep the injectapen pressed for Adalimumab?

Hi everyone! How is everybody despite the current situation? I finally start Idacio a biosimilar to Adalimumab on Tuesday and wanted to know how long you keep it pressed down. With Benepali it was 15 seconds and after 22 weeks I was finally not freaking out whilst taking it lol. My pain threshold is not the best despite so many injections over the past year. Any advise would be great x

I inject Adalimumab, once pressed and I hear the click of the injection finishing I was taught to count to 5

I do injection at the top of my leg. It clicks when you press it and when done it clicks again.

Thank you. How long does the second click usually take? Ive a phobia of needles and took me a while to get used to Benepali. Does it sting?

I always take my injection pen out of the fridge for at least an hour before injecting. It's far less painful if it's at room temperature. Also, I've found it more comfortable injecting into the tummy rather than the thigh.

Thank you. I did that with Benepali and it didnt sting much. I tried tummy but hurt more so stuck to my podgy thighs lol
