New to this so don’t know if it’s me or anything to do with the arthritis but I’m getting a lot of pain at the bottom of my back and help would be welcome

It could be to do with the arthritis. You haven't given information about what type of arthritis you have , or what treatment you are on.

First thing - we're not able to give medical advice and if you have a new symptom it's sensible to check with your medical team.

You can get lower back pain pain with all sorts of things, of course, including having to sit more because of limitation of activity due to painful joints elsewhere. Sacro-iliac inflammation is common with some forms of arthritis. And it can just be because back pain is common anyway....

You don't say whether the pain is travelling elsewhere, as for example, if you have pressure on the sciatic nerve. But lots of people on here will have had back pain... associated or not with their arthritis.
