Very good video. Even if I knew noting about RA, it would draw my attention and maybe make me curious enough to find out something about RA.
Completely understates this horrible disease.
Grateful for any campaign to tackle widespread misconceptions about RA but I do wish it had mentioned it’s an autoimmune disease, otherwise people just think it’s a variation on osteo & switch off, much like the versus arthritis ads.
Like Kerensa, I too welcome public information about Rheumatoid Arthritis but I genuinely feel this video is a wasted opportunity: it does nothing to inform non sufferers of what the disease is, what means to those who live with it, how it impacts on daily living ...how it is frequently ‘unseen’ therefore ‘unheard’.
Are the producers frightened of reality?!
Thought the Women's hour article on RA which I think is part of this campaign was very good today.
