Questions about ra meds and side effects

Has anyone had issues with sort term or long term usage of some ra meds such as plaquenil, Celebrex causing heart palpitations?

Some drugs can , but RA can too so whatever the cause I would discuss this with your GP xx

Tramadol give me heart palpitations. My gp changed my pain meds. Make sure you speak with someone. 😊

allanah is right. Palpitations can have many causes. Visit your GP and hopefully you'll find the cause. Good luck.

I take celebrex. 100 or 200 mg per day. I have been taking it for three months. At the two month mark I had ecg's daily and a holter(medical study) and heart was fine. I haven't had any side effects with it. Digestion is much improved with celebrex over ibuprofen. So, maybe not the celebrex. Good luck.
