Hello to all, this isn't an easy one for me to talk about but here we go. I've been on the Duloxetine 60mg for two year's, I noticed that I could not reach an orgasim. It was like there was something blocking it, so I checked my other med's to see if they could cause this. Duloxetine was the only one that mentioned this problem. Has any other male experienced this?
Problem with Orgasim: Hello to all, this isn't an easy... - NRAS
Problem with Orgasim
You need to talk to your doctor about this. Don’t be embarrassed, they are used to discussing all sorts of intimate things, but it is the only way to fimd out the cause and get help.
It could be due either to the depression (that you are having treatment for) or as a side effect of the medication. It does seem quite common for sexual problems like lack of desire, erection or ejaculation problems to happen with either. You should find that you can ask your doctor about this in a straightforward way as they are used to talking about it.
I wish more people would discuss these things! It’s so important. Please know that by bringing it up, you are helping so many. Now I feel embarrassed to say that I am taking it as well but I’m sad to say I have not had an opportunity to test it out...even with myself!! Talk about depression! Good luck with/to All!
