Hello, a chatbot is a software that can simulate a conversation (or a chat) with a user through messaging applications. We will have this on our website so you will be able to ask questions and it will select the most suitable answer for you. You may have come across it on other websites. Please do have a look at it and give it a go when it goes live on the 26th
