Do you have RA? Are you advised to have a Flu Jab each year?

If the answer is yes to both the above questions - then you must practice social distancing!

Flabbergasted, there are some people who still don’t understand this!!

Who? how can we judge ? I don't agree as I don't know anyone who is not taking the virus seriously it might be where we each live and difficult in a town but I'm still going out walking at a social distance on the reserve and marsh. It's vital to stay active even for a short period each day if we can, as sitting around all day could result in other conditions happening. Like being on a plane its not good to stay immobile all day. I've also got the Nordic Trainer out and the hand weights so 2 minutes each morning and evening by 5. So bored it'll break the time up if its too cold or wet to go out.

Yes couldn’t get this through to my gp on Monday as far as he was concerned business as usual.. I’m not a medic but I get it
