Is anybody having problems?

Won’t let me login on iPad and doesn’t recognise my log in details. No problem on my phone hasn’t still connected to HealthUnlocked

Thanks patsymay tried that. Pads only a 2 years old . Can’t take it to the Apple shop. They are closed because of the virus🙄🙄

Hi there J1707 when I said updating I meant an update from the settings menu

I had a problem a few weeks ago. When I opened it up I was greeted with a screen saying Welcome Back calling me by another name and asking me to log in. I tried several times to get the correct screen and eventually it said Not You, click here or something like that and it then connected me. It happened a couple more times after that but not since, I did report it though.

That’s what’s happening to me . Pressed everything rebooted🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️maybe it will work tomorrow

happens here regularly so i retain their latest email of wkly summary and get entry that way - good luck x
