off topic but like to know what you think about "the cure" tv programme

am i silly but if all what was said was happening surely EVERYONE would notice and complain in those circumstances surely it doesnt need all those care bodies to tell the floor wants cleaning etc etc the ordinary lay person knows the basic rules which are the same as at home surely this is our NHS and we all are part of the care of our hospitals why did it need all those bodies to tell us or have we lost the plot visitors nurses doctors consultant must have witnessed what was happening or is me

Everybody thinks it's someone else's job...and they are too busy doing gheir own.

I saw the programme paul and it really frightened me. The care of that poor lady and everyone else at that hospital was non existent and so very unkind. I know that our local hospital doesn't get very well spoken of and it really concerned me that I might have to go in there in the future. I recently had an operation in a different hospital and it was like being in a different world as the nurses and doctors were so kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were only two people in each ward as well which was so lovely.
