Feet an leg pain

Hello, lately I have been experiencing a lot of feet. Ankle calf an end up going to my thigh. Especially on my left. Feels like a Fogg that travel an when it comes I can't walk. I just have to wait till it's over. Is this a flare up? I take potassium an drink plenty of water . Sometimes I have it in my right hand an i can see it moving in there. Any one has any thing like this?

Have you tried tonic water I don't know if it will works for you or not, but worth a try anyway. That's all I can think of darling.xxx

I would go and see your GP Quee. Doesn’t sound like my flares but we are all different so it could be how you flare. Still best to get checked out in case it’s not your RA and a problem with your nerves/back. I hope you get it sorted soon 😊

Hi Quee I suffer something similar. It’s starts in my feet they are stiff and immobile then my ankles I start limping. I’m not in terrible pain but I am aware of uncomfortableness .I often find my tendons are sore and I get cramps in my calf’s. Mine started yesterday and today my knees are stiff and achy so are the muscles in my legs and thighs and just in the last 5mins my hips are starting to stiffen and become uncomfortable . I’ve also got brain fog and I’m very tired. I’ve had this before and it means I’ve over done things . Although I’ve been busy this week it was no different than the last 2 weeks 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️can’t figure it out. I know it will pass just don’t know when.... if this is new for you best get it checked. Hope it passes quickly.

Hi Quee, I have the same symptoms on my left side, hip, knee, ankle. I've had a scan and found out a trapped nerve is the culprit, surgery was suggested, but to date I have declined the offer, I walk a lot on the flat at my pace, keep up with my pain killers, and have found things seem to be settling down. hope this helps, and good luck.
