The Leeds Rhino Foundation are working in partnership with Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust and supported by Leeds Cares to provide a free 12-week programme offering the chance for people with RA to make small healthy changes through tailored physical activity and nutrition sessions.

If you would like to find out more you can attend a free 'Tea and Talk' event, which will provide the opportunity to find out more about the programmes.
