NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 5th August 2019
Bolton NRAS Group
2019 meetings will take place on the first Tuesday of each month (February - December) at Bolton One, Moor Road, Bolton, BL3 5BN from 2.00pm-4.00pm.
6th August - Social group meet up - no speaker
Chesterfield NRAS Group
2019 group meetings are to be held in the Tesco Community Room, Tesco Extra Clay Cross, Bridge Street North, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9NU on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
6th August - Guest speaker: Emma Martin, OT at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. Emma will be focusing on our mental health; discussing how we can look after our emotional well-being.
You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
