Staying hydrated

Because of the meds we take it's obviously a good idea to keep well hydrated, but I must confess I often simply forget.

In this hot weather, it's even more important, so I thought I'd share a handy bottle the RA nurse recommended on a recent appointment (she had it on her desk, swears by it). I've since found others in a range of colours and slightly cheaper but this one is BPA free.

Thanks for the reminder, although I do drink plenty. It's gonna be hot later today.

Even when it’s not this hot I keep a litre lidded jug of water/squash on my kitchen work top.

Every time I go into the kitchen I remember to grab a glass......as you say dehydration is bad for everybody....not just those with AI diseases.. ...especially when taking string oral medication.

Glugg away folks!

Seems very small! Is it about 500ml? I drink far more than that in a morning or afternoon....even when it’s not hot.

But yes, good reminder.

It's actually 900ml, which you're supposed to drink by 1pm, then re-fill again.

That makes more sense....think I’ll stick to my smaller bottles tho’ as easier to carry around.
