Hi looking for people's opinions/experiences of taking curcumin. Am taking one with bioperine which is supposed to be well absorbed (and it doesn't upset my stomach hurrah!). But just wondered am I ok to take it with Methotrexate (take 15mg injections) - my thinking was that since they are both meant to reduce inflammation it can't hurt but then again I certainly don't want to take anything which may reduce the efficacy of the MXT. I take other supplements which I'm fine with but am wondering if I'm doing the right thing with the curcumin. Grateful for any feedback.

Ask your doctor. Mine said it was fine. Three days later, no pain. BUT I did have an allergic reaction. An extremely itchy rash on my chest. I stopped taking it. I read online that olive oil relieved the itching caused by this allergy and it did help a lot. Doctor said I could try again with a lower dose but I’m not ready yet.
I take golden paste but I make sure there is a 2 hour gap between the Turmeric and your mtx.
I've found the turmeric works well on my joint inflammation and helps with my colitis, so I'll keep taking it!
