Can't read article because healthline insists I accept their (non) privacy policy - which I won’t! But a good subject to discuss...

But yes I’d read this elsewhere and a reason why I’m so keen on exercise...and resistance exercise like explained here

Why haven’t we been told this by the medics?.....

I’ve been complaining about these symptoms and I just get that’s your arthritis ( the reply I got yesterday from GP) with these same symptoms.🤬😡🤬

I agree, it's never been discussed so clearly which is what prompted me to post it. I often think our lived experience of RA gives us more insight and knowledge than some consultants - in fact I'd put us first, rheumatology nurses second, consultants last!
