Well in 8 years on hydroxy it never stopped me. However you might find that your tolerance has changed, and that generally sticking to a couple of drinks is best. More than two drinks now and I feel ill.

I’ve not been told not to drink on hydroxy but check with your rheumy nurse as she will know all your medical details.

It’s hasnt stopped me but like HH I’ve become less tolerant. I’ve stopped taking hydroxychoroquine a couple times just for a week (out of stupidity, I haven’t got this stupid condition, what does my very clever knowledgeable consultant know,he knows nothing, I’ll stop talking it 🤪) it’s never ended well 😞

Please check with your doctor first. It will put your mind at ease and it’s safer for you especially since you will be away from home and doctors.

Yes of course I will , I mean I’ve been on holiday before on Sulfasalazine and had a great time so no worries there but I’ve just started hydroxy so wanted some advice x
