NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 18th February 2019

Hertfordshire NRAS Group

Quarterly meetings are held at Welwyn Civic Centre, Prospect Place, Welwyn AL6 9ER from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

Monday 18th February - Guest speaker 1: Claire Hickey, Rheumatology Nurse at Lister Hospital will present: 'Managing Fatigue in RA'. Guest speaker 2: Nicky Kyklys, Mindfulness Practitioner from Mind in Mid Herts, will be running a taster session.

Heart of England (Solihull) NRAS Group

This NRAS group meets on a Wednesday once a month at Solihull Women’s Institute, 745 Warwick Road, Solihull, B91 3DG (car park entrance on Union Road, opposite the back entrance to Solihull Hospital) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

20th February - A recording of an NRAS webinar will be shown during this meeting and will be followed by a discussion on the topic.

Yeovil NRAS Group

The Yeovil NRAS Group hold coffee mornings at Palmers Garden Centre Coffee Shop, Bernards Way, Bunford Lane, Yeovil, BA20 2FH from 10:30am-12:00pm. Next coffee morning: Wednesday 20th February.

East Dorset NRAS Group

The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 11am at Stewarts Garden Centre, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4SA and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG. Please note, coffee mornings do not take place in June and December. Next coffee morning: Thursday 21st February at Haskins Garden Centre.

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
