I’d go and see your gp chacha, it could be your RA or could be something else, best get it checked out.

I recently had knee swelling and pain. My G.P. Gave me prednisone dose pack. That gave short lived, minor relief. Rheumatologist gave me a steroid shot in the knee a few days later. Problem solved! It was fluid build up.

Is it swollen and squishy all round, or just squishy behind the knee? As you could have a Baker's cyst, or the RA could be having a go. In the early days mine would swell like footballs and the thing that helped most was getting them drained.

Even if only a little swollen best to see someone as you don't want to to get worse! Amd take photos so if it vanishes you can show your rheumy at your next appointment.
